Workspace Settings

Configure your workspace branding for the public changelog page.

Accessing Theme Settings

1. Click Settings in the sidebar

2. Select Theme

Theme settings are only accessible to workspace admins.

Workspace ID

Find your Workspace ID on the Developer Guide page. It's used in the embed script loader.

Branding

Customize colors and logo for your public changelog page in Settings > Theme.

Workspace Logo

Upload your logo for the public changelog page header.

Requirements:

• Formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF

• Max file size: 5MB

Primary Color

Used for:

• Public changelog accent color

• Links and buttons

• Brand elements

Default: #3B82F6 (blue)

Secondary Color

Used for:

• Secondary UI elements

• Backgrounds

• Subtle accents

Default: #1F2937 (gray)

Public Changelog

Your public changelog page is available at:

https://app.cueflow.so/changelog/[your-workspace-slug]

Contact support if you need to set or change your workspace slug.

Public Changelog Features

Your public changelog page includes:

• Category Filtering - Filter by New, Improved, Fixed

• Search - Cmd/Ctrl+K to search entries

• Pagination - Load more as users scroll

• Branding - Your logo and colors

Changelog Categories

Customize the categories for your changelog entries directly in the changelog editor.

Default Categories

Category	Color	Use For
New	Green (#22C55E)	New features
Improved	Blue (#3B82F6)	Enhancements
Fixed	Orange (#F59E0B)	Bug fixes

Managing Categories

When creating or editing a changelog:

1. Click + next to the category dropdown to add a new category

2. Click the settings icon next to a selected category to edit it

3. Set the category name and color

Multiple Workspaces

You can belong to multiple workspaces:

Switching Workspaces

1. Click your workspace name in the sidebar

2. Select another workspace

3. You're now in the new workspace context

Creating Another Workspace

1. Click your workspace name

2. Click Create Workspace

3. Enter a name

4. You'll be switched to the new workspace

Each workspace has:

• Separate contacts

• Separate messages

• Separate team members

• Separate settings
